Unfortunately our permit situation is still stuck. It has been very difficult to get clearance, due to Parking and Legislation. This has delayed our project for over 3 months now… just on parking permits. We plan to start building as soon as permits are clear. no ETA yet.

Hopefully as soon as we are clear.
